About

Meet Heidi

As a psychotherapist for children, adolescents, young adults, and families, Heidi works with young people who feel overwhelmed or anxious, are exploring who they are, recovering from painful relationship experiences, or feeling uncertain about their next steps. She is committed to creating a space where teens, young adults, and families feel safe, supported, and truly understood.

Heidi loves being involved in others' lives, both in her personal and professional life. In her free time, you can find her somewhere close to the water, traveling, spending time with friends and family, taking on a home project, wandering around Hobby Lobby, or hosting a gathering. Heidi is a military spouse who lives with her husband and eight guinea pigs (the boys), which may make an appearance in a session.
