Why Virtual Psychotherapy?
Having a place of privacy in your home, place of work, or parked car, can help you feel more relaxed and open. Being in a familiar space often reduces anxiety and makes it easier to engage in meaningful conversation.
Research shows that virtual psychotherapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy for many concerns, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related challenges — particularly when there is a strong therapeutic connection.
Heidi has a HIPAA-compliant, designated private office space for her virtual psychotherapy sessions. This includes a white noise machine, a locked door, and a secure Wi-Fi Network
